The decorative sugar for special requirements: coated crystal sugar forms stable decoration on all fatty pastries and gateaux. It does not melt and does not get soggy – ideal for dusting doughnuts and waffles. You have a choice of colours – brown, white or red, or you can customize the colour and flavour of the sugar.
