Fondant Powder

Derived from: beet sugar
Fondant powder made from extremely fine icing sugar and glucose syrup is an ideal alternative to paste-like fondant. It is really easy to blend and its glucose content keeps it moist and unctuous for long periods. Fondant powder is available in 11 % and 17 % glucose syrup mix ratios, as “Fondant Powder PLUS” with glucose syrup and non-hydrogenated vegetable fat, as well as in custom mix ratios.
