Derived from: rice
Clean-label and organoleptically compatible: rice starch consists of pure white starch grains of the smallest grain size. It ensures a pleasantly creamy mouthfeel, a smooth texture and excellent colouring.

In the case of baked products like biscuits or muesli bars, native rice starches aid water binding, stability and crispiness. They give chicken nuggets, sausages and other meat products a fine texture and convenience products good freeze/thaw stability.
