Texta Soja

Derived from: GMO-free soya beans
Texta Soja is a texturised product made from soya protein with a protein content of at least 50 %. It has a beige to light brown colour and is available in grain sizes ranging from 2 to 5 mm. Texta Soja can be soaked in cold or warm water quickly and easily and binds up to three parts of water. In a swollen state it forms a minced meat-like texture.

This texturised product made from 100 % GMO-free soya beans is very versatile. It functions as a water binder, as a texturiser in vegetarian foods and loosens the consistency of formed meat products.
