Texta Blé Pois is a texturised product made from wheat gluten and pea protein with a protein content of at least 65 %.

It can be soaked quickly and easily in cold or warm water and binds up to three parts of water. In a swollen state this versatile, gold-brown texturised product forms a meat-like texture.
